How and why we use your information
The data will be obtained through any completed contact forms or feedback forms on our website, feedback received by post and feedback received via email or phone.
It is in our legitimate interests to assess where consultees have visited from and to assist in identifying feedback from immediate neighbours and those who may wish to be contacted again in the future.
Address information helps us identify which roads/areas have and have not responded. The age range helps identify how many residents have been reached in a particular age group.
The information will not be shared with any untrusted third parties and once the planning application has been finally determined, the information will be destroyed within 6 months.
